Fire Department Business

There is an issue with the sewer system.  Pump was out.  Without that system they wouldn’t have sewer.  No bill from Stewart Plumbing yet, guessing $1,000 range.

Missing person in Crooksville a female approached two Newton Township guys and said they could use a razor.  They damaged it.  $439.70 for the parts from Treadway.  Razor belonged to Mr. Bobb.

The Trustees voted and it was 2-1 against paying for the parts on the razor.

New Lexington Village FD has been using the old Medic that we replaced in 2018.  They would like to purchase it for $15,000 in 2 installments of $7,500 one payment now and one after January 1st.  The deal is to be completed by April 30th, 2019.

Insurance did not cover the gym floor because it was surface water.

The Trustees voted 3-0 to allow New Lexington to purchase the old medic.  Knox will get paperwork through the Prosecutor’s Office.
